We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, which impressed us with its charming atmosphere and fantastic spa. The staff was incredibly accommodating, really going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. However, we had a disappointing encounter with the owner regarding bike storage. While the location is stunning and close to skiing, the negative interaction was a letdown.
